Parent meeting:

    November 4th- 6:00p

        - LHS & Zoom Option Available

Beginners: 0-2 Years experience

    - Focused on basic fundamentals

    - Having fun with the sport

    - Season will run November 11th thru December 18th
 

Advanced: 3+ Years experience

    -  Focused practices

    -  Developing leaders 

    -  Drilling technique

    -  Season will run January 6th - March 8th

Practices at Lebanon High School Wrestling Room

​      Tuesday & Thursday  5:30-6:30

If school is closed or let out early due to weather, practice will be closed . An email will be sent out as soon as possible
